Position Summary:

Process documents for all International Agri-Center® (IAC) produced events. Coordinate and provide administrative support to Exhibit Sales, and other departments as needed to successfully produce IAC events.


Essential Functions:

  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
  • Receive, process and compile financial reports for all World Ag Expo® forms; including but not limited to:
    • Bark Rental
    • Customer Admission Tickets
    • Ground Cover
    • Security
    • Pressure Washers/Official Contractors
    • Badges
    • Health Permits for Exhibitors
  • Receive, process, and print all World Ag Expo® badges, including but not limited to:
    • Exhibitors
    • Contractors
    • Concessionaires
    • Media
    • VIP
    • Seminars
  • Receive, review and log Certificates of Insurance for IAC-produced events, including World Ag Expo®, California Antique Farm Equipment Show® exhibitors, vendors, contractors, and concessionaires.
  • Receive, process and submit all World Ag Expo®, California Antique Farm Equipment Show® exhibitor and concession Health Department applications, serve as Health Department contact for IAC produced events.
  • Support Exhibit Sales email group, phone calls, and file system; including but not limited to answering general questions.
  • Assist Exhibit Sales and Show Operations with all contracts and placement of exhibitors.
  • Back up to reception as needed – answering phones, processing mail, printing, and posting signage.
  • Other duties as assigned, including World Ag Expo® support.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma / G.E.D. required, some college preferred.
  • Prior administrative work experience preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional personality.
  • Professional appearance in accordance with Dress Code.
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products or similar software product.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and achieve objectives, including working under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to work with others and adjust actions in relation to others’ actions.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Valid driver’s license.



  • Pay is based on experience.
